Standard Listing Photo Shoot    $300.00-$400.00                                                   

This level includes interior, exterior coverage. General takes approximately one and one-half hours onsite and one and one-hour of post-production processing and generates 25-30 images. As a guideline, this level is appropriate for properties up to 4000 sq-ft, or under $700K asking. Ocean views are not guaranteed at this level. If your listing includes *Ocean views, please see the “Mid Range” or “Estate” shoot descriptions below. Includes Interactive floor plans and agent editable property specific website.

Mid Range (*Ocean Views) Shoot   $400.00-$550.00                               

This level includes up to two hours on-site, and an equivalent post-production processing. This level is appropriate for properties over 4000 sq-ft, or for more detailed shoots. This is the minimum service level that includes ocean views. Subject to weather, we will make every effort—including a return trip, as necessary—to capture views of the ocean, in both the interior and exterior photos. This level generates up 30-35 finished images. Includes Interactive floorplans and agent editable property specific website.

Estate Shoot     $550.00 and up                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  This level includes up to 3 hours of shooting, two hours of post-production time, and generates 30-45 finished images. We prefer to make a separate appointment prior to the actual shoot to scout the property with you. This helps determine the optimal time to conduct the photo shoot and enhances the final product. This pre-shoot walk-through is included in the fee. Includes Interactive floorplans and agent editable property specific website.

Exterior Only    $100.00 

Typically, 1-3 Ground Level Exterior Images.  Additional images are negotiable.

Twilight Exterior   $250.00

This service includes twilight exterior photography and generates 1-2 finished images.

3D Floor Plan Negotiable

Additional Services

Image Retouching  $25.00/hour                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  This service applies when Client requests specific retouching, including removal of cars, objects, or major blemishes. We will supply an estimate before beginning work.  We will also retouch photos we did not produce. 

Realtor Head Shots   $200.00                                                                                        

This service includes sitting, online proofing, and 2 finished, retouched images suitable for print and web use.
